Publisher's notes for 2.2.0 stable
`@dream/process` says which OS it runs on and where the user's home and Documents folders are, so a script can find an application's files the way the application does.
Added
process.platform(): the OS the host was built for, as Rust names it (windows, macos, linux, ...). A call rather than a constant, so compiled code never carries another platform's answer. No capability.process.knownFolder('home'):HOME, or on WindowsUSERPROFILE, thenHOMEDRIVEwithHOMEPATH, thenHOME.process.knownFolder('documents'): the Windows Documents known folder fromSHGetKnownFolderPath, wherever the user or OneDrive moved it, and nil elsewhere. Both needprocess.environment, asenvdoes.
Migration
Nothing to change. Take 2.2.0 in place of 2.1.3. No dependency was added: the one Windows call is declared by l3i itself.
