Identity conflicts

Project ids and Jess package ids published by more than one site. Neither claim wins here: ids are chosen, not allocated, and this index is not the authority that could decide.

A conflict ends one of three ways: one site stops publishing the id; publisher keys, when the protocol has them, show continuity; or this index's maintainers acknowledge a host move in network/curation.toml, which is shown as their decision. Until then both claims stay visible and neither wins.

No project id is published by more than one site.

Jess package ids

A Jess package id is chosen by its author too, and projects on two sites can publish the same one. When the versions both list carry the same digests, the sites are mirroring one publication; when they differ, there are two publications under one name. Either way this index lists both and a Jess client asks which one you mean.
